About Sheena

Sheena has been teaching yoga for over a decade. She firmly believes that yoga is for everyone and loves to encourage people to give yoga a go and watch them fall for its wonderful benefits.

Being a mum of twins plus one, as well as having relocated internationally twice, Sheena recognises the importance of self care, building a community and prioritising time; bringing yoga to you in London or virtually anywhere in the world.
